NSS Exteriors has been in business and standing behind our work for over 56 years. Our corporate age reflects our quality and our ability to back our service warranty, should you ever need it.

Licensed, Bonded and Insured for your protection

We protect our employees and customers by being fully licensed and insured, which includes general liability and workers comp insurance!

Installers are background-checked, trained, skilled employees (no subcontractors!)

That's right, we don't use subcontractors. Our team of repair and installation technicians are employees. Background checked, in-house trained and highly skilled employees that are each covered by our corporate insurance policies. To keep our team safe on the job-site and in our workshop every employee is also required to complete a 10-hour OHSA training class!

We pay our employees by the hour and not by the job. This ensures that our employees take their time on the job-site and do the job right. We also provide our employees with health insurance and a retirement plan. This not only helps us find and retain the best talent, it emphasizes how well they need to perform to keep their job.

Physical location and office that you can call or visit

We don't operate out of a house, apartment or van. We have a commercial building and office that you can call or visit anytime. In fact, we've been at the same location for over 56 years!

Open year-round (we fix leaks in the winter!)

We're not a seasonal business because skylights don't just need to be repaired or replaced in the Spring and Summer. Not only can you call or visit our office anytime, we're in full operation all 52 weeks of the year too.

NSS Exteriors is a Certified VELUX dealer!

We are trained by VELUX to install the skylights the way they want them installed to keep the 10 Year No Leak warranty intact. NSS Exteriors also offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on installation too! Other companies claim to be certified, but if they are not on the VELUX website they are not certified. You will find NSS Exteriors in the "find an installer" section of the VELUX website.
